An offshoot of world-renowned Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates in New York City, Real Pilates Montauk is a classical, boutique space open year-round, established in 2020. All instructors descend in their instruction directly from Joseph Pilates himself to bring you the most authentic Pilates on the east end.

Our studio holds itself to the highest classical standards. We are fully outfitted with Gratz apparatus, including reformers, towers, wunda chairs, high chair, Cadillac, ladder barrel, and more.
