We focus on private, duet, and small group classes.

We offer sessions with both Master Instructors & Specialists. Both are 55 minutes in length.

Group apparatus classes are $55/per class and fit a maximum of 5 people.

We happily teach in-home and group mat classes off-site, on-demand! Please contact us for your bachelorette, girl’s weekend, or other needs.
